Yes, definitely. I specialise in helping people move safely and confidently, even if they’ve dealt with pain, stiffness, or mobility issues. We’ll start gently and focus on long-term strength and stability, not quick fixes.

Most of my clients train 1-3 times per week, depending on their goals and schedule. Even once a week can make a huge difference!

When you sign up for coaching, you're not tied into a contract. That means that if after the first month you're not happy with the way things are going, you just let me know and there's no hard feelings about not carrying on.

Prices vary depending on how many sessions you have per week/month. We will discuss how many we think will best suit you and what you want to achieve. Prices start from £175 a month.
